You’ll be the digital voice behind some of Brisbane’s most iconic farmers markets, Eat Street Northshore, and a calendar full of major events. This isn’t just a “post and ghost” role, you’ll help shape and grow some of the city’s most-loved destinations, one clever caption and reel at a time.

The role assists the Manager in customer and stallholder management, communications, and executing administrative tasks for the market, as well as looking after vendor enquiries, and arranging stall placements each week.

Managing a market is like setting up a little shopping centre each weekend, without a roof and four walls. We connect the power, set up the seating/decoration, prepare the bathrooms, parking area and general presentation. The right candidate will take ownership of their market, and will be hands on at the Market on Saturday, Sunday (or both).

This gig is all about being hands-on—helping with equipment setup and pack-down, running cables like a pro, keeping things tight on a fast-moving run sheet, and ensuring every performance sounds crisp, clear, and crowd-ready.
