We’re seeking an electrician or skilled set of hands (previous exp with electrical) to assist with the electricity set-up and pack-down at THREE regular weekly farmers markets.

The role will include setting out distribution boards and cables, ensure safe connection, rolling up 3-phase leads and occasional troubleshooting.

*We will provide all of the equipment.

Typical week would include Wed, Thurs and Sunday.

Hours:
Wednesday: 3am to 7am, and 6pm to 7.30pm
Thursday: 4am to 5am, and 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Sunday: 2am to 4.30am, and 12pm to 4pm

*Plus, some of our special events throughout the year- pending your availability.

This role suits a sole operator who is looking for a set weekly routine, semi-retired, or something to compliment their other work – with loads of opportunities to grow OR move into other roles within our organisation if you love the event industry!

Age is no barrier! We’re looking for a future team member to join our market & event family with some ‘electric’ sparky skills (see what we did there) and a terrific, friendly, positive attitude. You’ll also be physically fit and love working as a team.
