The weekly food offering allows the community to enjoy the Valley night life whilst enjoying the decadent food the local area has to offer.

Goodwill Projects Provided:

• Curation of a variety of quality stallholders
• Liaising management of stallholders
• Bump in and bump out - on site management

The brief was to create a food initiative which would attract a wide audience to the Chinatown Mall of a Saturday evening.

The collaborative night food market, delivered quality late night food offerings and attracted a large audience spanning from emergency services, hospitality workers and party goers.
